Anita's Organic Kamut®:
Anita's Organic Kamut® is an ancient grain rich in protein, and contains minerals such as magnesium and zinc, Vitamin E and B complexes, and unsaturated fatty acids. Anita's Organic Kamut® is a good source of iron and an excellent source of dietary fibre. Like Anita's Organic Spelt, Kamut® contains a form of gluten that is water-soluble (a different chemistry than gluten found in wheat and most other gluten-containing grains), and this simple gluten structure is often tolerable by those sensitive to wheat.
