ANITA'S CORNER ~ Recipes
Divider
Ingredients:
  • 1 ⅛ Cups Water (room temperature)
  • 1 ⅓ Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • ¼ cup Milk Powder (Non-Fat, Dry)
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Caraway Seeds (optional)
  • 1 ⅓ Cups Anita’s Organic Rye Flour
  • 2 ¼ Cups Anita’s Organic Unbleached White Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Vital Wheat Gluten (optional)
  • 2 ½ tsp. Yeast, Active Dry (Bread Machine Yeast)
Directions:

All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the basic cycle according to your manufacturer’s directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
